Home to the Edinburgh Castle, which is thought to be one of the most haunted places in Scotland, this is the ideal destination if you fancy a scare. Within the city, you’ll find The Ghost Bus Tour which merges gothic storytelling and facts with comedy and an opportunity to do some sightseeing. There are also the Edinburgh Dungeons, nestled deep in the heart of the capital. London, England: Halloween has become an increasingly popular celebration in the UK. With theme parks, haunted houses and mazes, putting on themed events to mark the occasion, it means finding somewhere close to go is just a google away. Thorpe park’s fright night has become an integral part of Halloween in the UK, with family and friends braving it together, experiencing rides, mazes and attractions that promise to get your adrenaline pumping. For those with little ones, pumpkin picking is a great day out and sure to put smiles on their faces. These farms are dotted around the UK, so with a little research you’re sure to find one not too far away. Lastly, those after a spooky Halloween night out and chance to dress up, London is sure to be bustling with fancy dress goers, with events such as Ministry of Sound, the Halloween Penthouse Party and Halloween Oktoberfest you’ll be spoilt for choice.
