In a world fuelled by technology and the expectation to be constantly available it can be difficult to find time just for you. Taking some time off work, booking a holiday or just switching off the technology around you can all contribute towards rebuilding your ‘calm’, but why not try something that goes beyond this?
Retreats offer a sanctuary free of judgement, demand and everyday stress. The experience allows you to discover something more than just a holiday. It’s a chance to focus solely on your physical and mental wellbeing. Aiding rebalance which allows for improved productivity when returning to every day life.

The majority of retreats across the UK only cater for a small number of guests at any one time, so it is recommended you book early to secure your desired location. Once you have paid for your retreat, or at least put down a deposit if required, we recommend you look for a UK travel insurance policy. Although you will not be going abroad, if you need to cancel your retreat you could find yourself out of pocket if they have strict cancellation terms.
Most travel insurance will cover a UK break with a minimum of two nights, three days but some will not have a limit so this may be something to look for if you are booking a shorter retreat. Visit UK holidays to find out more.
