Canary Island Earthquakes - Tsunami next?

Popular holiday destinations; La Palma, Tenerife and Gran Canaria have been hit by 50 earthquakes over the last three days. So far, the earthquakes have measured between 1.5 and 2.7 on the Richter scale and have not been felt by tourists due to them occurring at around 17 miles below sea level.

Wildfires in California – Travel Advice

Firefighters are tackling what is thought to be 14 fast-spreading wildfires in Northern California, which have burnt across acres of land destroying thousands of homes and wineries. A state of emergency has been declared in Napa, Sonoma and Yuba Counties and more than 5,000 homes in Southern California have been evacuated.

Storm Nate – Is the US safe for tourists?

Tropical Storm Nate hit Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Hondruas in the early hours of Friday 6th October 2017. Over the weekend, Storm Nate was upgraded to a Category 1 hurricane twice - in Louisiana and Mississippi - and was downgraded to a tropical depression on Sunday 8th October 2017.
